6:40pm (on my way home from a long day at the studio)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 apple
- small chocolate milk (instead of nuts at subway station)

- 3/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt with strawberries and multigrain cheerios
Today was another awesome day! I usually find Saturday daytimes really easy to eat well as long as I pack healthy meals for my day at the studio as I'm so busy and it's hard to eat anything so I don't have time to get creative or bad (lol!) but often I come home after a long day at the studio and just wanna binge on everything at home. Tonight Wala'a is out and that made it much easier to resist making a grilled cheese sandwich or a big bowl of popcorn while we watch a movie. On my way home I was really craving something sweet as well as dairy, so instead of buying almonds for my bus ride home, I indulged in the chocolate milk and it was great! I still haven't had my cheat meal this week which shocks me! We're going out to brunch tomorrow - that might be it!
