- 1 whole egg + 1/4 cup egg whites with cheese & salsa
- small whole wheat tortilla
11am
- broccoli
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese dip
3pm
- 1 white cheddar rice cake
1 pkg. deli Turkey meat
5pm
- a whole lotta popcorn! (Zak& I shared, but he's only a little boy and I definitely ate more than him!)
- large bag of peanut butter M & M's
- 1/2 a small cheeseburger (not shown)
Yes, that's right - I told you I would record EVERYTHING I eat - good, bad, and ugly... today is not such an inspirational post due to my movie theatre incident, but I believe in one cheat meal/week, so I guess, by default, this was it for this week! The great thing about this splurge is that I didn't fly off the handle like I usually do when I eat one bad meal. Usually this would have turned into an evening of eating anything and everything and racking up a whole lotta calories! But, once we left the movie theatre, I stopped with the junk... well, I stopped with everything because I felt so ill after all that popcorn - lol! And today, I'm not letting the cheat change anything in my brain - super-clean eats today and about to go for my early a.m. workout to sweat some of that popcorn and chocolate off!
