- 1 apple with almond butter
- 1 tsp. honey

- small chicken breast
- cucumber slices
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt with dill, garlic, & mint
- 2 rolls of Rockets candies
6:30pm
- whole wheat english muffin
- small homemade chicken burger (made with extra lean ground chicken)
- ketchup, cheese, and veggies
10pm
= 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt with honey & strawberries
Today was great as I just did groceries and was home all day taking it easy for a change, but I did have two english muffins which wasn't prime in my mind. But, in general - healthy times! yay! Tomorrow is my official weigh-in with my 12-weekers and I'm feeling pretty good about it... my goal is to have lost 2 pounds from last weigh-in last week.
