what I ate: Nov. 24, 2011

7:30am:
- 1 whole egg
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 whole wheat english muffin
- green tea

10:30am - 1:00pm:
rehearse & teach boot camp

1:15pm:
- 1/2 pkg. Carl Buddig peppered beef (soooo good!)
- 1 white cheddar rice cake

3:00pm:
- Greek salad
- Grilled chicken breast with tzatziki 

4:30pm:
- 4 Rockets candy rolls

5 - 10pm:
- teach classes

10:20pm:
- salad with feta & light dressing
- 1 pkg. almonds

Today was a pretty stressful and crazy-busy day running around getting ready for my studio's showcase so I'm pretty proud that I did as good as I did.  I did eat those Rockets candies (just 100 calories total, but pure sugar!), but other than that I think it was pretty healthy!  I was eating as I ran around all day - I think the only meal I actually sat down for a second for was the Chicken Greek Salad! You CAN eat healthy on the run as long as you decide you're that there is no other option in your mind!!!
