- 1 egg with 1/4 cup extra egg white
- salsa & grated cheddar
- green tea with mint
9:00am:
- mini yogurt (full fat) - didn't plan to eat this, but Zak was being all cute and prepared two as a surprise so I could share with him!
11:00am:
- Yop
- 2 gummy worms
12:00 - 1:00pm:
- teach boot camp class
1:30pm
- 1 apple
- green tea
2:30pm
- 1/2 small bag of plain popcorn
(how can you turn down a really old popcorn machine in a bus station?)
3:30pm:
- Starbucks turkey & cheddar sndwich on sunflower seed bread
It felt way too bready, so I didn't eat the crust and some of the bread - this is what was leftover:
7:30pm
- 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
- Avocado, cucumber, tomato, feta salad with 1 tbsp. light dressing
- sleepytime tea
So, there were a few things that weren't perfect today, but I was having such a crazy-busy and frustrating day AND I was at a mall (where I always end up eating bad foods!) So I'm still pretty proud I didn't end up bingeing on everything in sight (which is often what happens to me in times of stress)! YAY! Today will be even better!
